Getting Hearthstone Gold, The Easy Way

New Hearthstone players receive a lot of gold due to the easier achievements. One might feel inclined to spend this right away, and hope to get lucky. However, I suggest taking another path. Buying card packs is not the most efficient way to grow your collection. Doing well in the arena is much more beneficial, and achieving a 12 win streak could grant several packs, in addition to dust and gold. Though this way does require a bit more skill and knowledge about the game in order to be effective. Knowing which cards to pick during the drafting phase is crucial for succeeding in arena. Therefore, I would recommend saving your gold until reaching an adequate understanding of the game. In the meantime, complete the quests and achievements (don’t forget to re-roll 40 gold quests for a chance at a better one), play with the free cards, and study experienced players at youtube.com or twitch.tv. When you feel ready to start competing in the arena, start out by using one of the arena card tier lists that are available online. Oftentimes, card value outweighs synergy and mana curve when starting out, at least to a certain extent. As you get more experience, you will be able to incorporate these aspects as well.

If you have already been playing the game for a while, or just ran out of gold to use for new arena runs, it can be a tedious task to grind enough casual/ranked wins. But there are ways of making the process a bit faster. If you are able to resist the instant gratification of completing every daily quest right away, you can click on the “x” on a quest to re-roll it. This can be done once every day, and will give you a new random quest, and since there are different rewards (40, 60 and 100 gold), I only recommend discarding the 40 gold ones while completing the others.

The second way of improving the speed at which you acquire gold, is shortening the length of each match. Decks are built to gain advantage at different points of the game. What I suggest is using some form of rush deck, which aim to swarm the board with cheap cards and win as quick as possible. For example, control-warrior would be a bad choice for this purpose. Right now in the current meta, zoo-warlock is a cheap deck which is great for grinding gold. There are several versions of it online, or you can create your own and test it until you’re satisfied. The basic idea behind it, is using the hero ability of warlock in order to play as many cheap minions as possible in the early stages of a match. However, the meta is constantly changing, and this deck might be outdated in just a few weeks. But you can use the principles that are described above to adjust and adapt to these changes.

Selling In-Game Items for Profit

How?

In many games, if you find something especially rare, chances are that this can be sold for money. This goes mainly for multiplayer and MMORPGs, but sometimes people are willing to buy accounts to single-player games as well. The amount of money that an item or in-game artifact can be sold for, varies greatly depending on how rare it is and how popular the game is at the moment. Diablo 3 actually had this as a built in function initially, but it was removed after some time. However, it is not only items that can be sold and bought, but also other things like game-currency or help leveling up a character. Again, this mostly applies to MMORPGs, like World of Warcraft for example.

What is required?

In many cases, these items can only be found after a lot of time has been invested in the game. By this I mean that greater items might only be found in game zones accessible only to high level characters. Because the chances of finding these items are relatively small for the most part, one might require patience to grind and go through the same areas over and over until it’s found. All in all, this process goes a lot smoother if you actually enjoy the game you’re playing. Lastly, you’ll need someone who wants to buy the items and artifacts that you’ve found. If you have a high level character, one option might be to offer “power-leveling”, where you provide the service of helping someone else with less experience leveling up their character.

Where to find a buyer?

There are several sites online, where you can find potential buyers, or put the item up for auction. One of them is http://www.playerauctions.com/. If you’re having a hard time deciding which game to play, this can also be a great site for gauging the popularity of the trading for a certain game. The list of games available is constantly expanding, and whether you play World of Warcraft, Path of Exile, Diablo 3, Hearthstone, or some completely different game, chances are that some content can be traded. If this is something that interests you, I suggest checking out Player Auctions to see if they have your game listed.

Playing Marketglory for Cash

What is Marketglory?

It’s a browser based strategy game, where in-game earnings can be converted to real money. The system is very similar to what is used in “Anno 1777”, which is discussed more in depth over in this article. But I found Marketglory to have an interface that is much easier to understand and navigate. This is in my opinion the best online browser-game that can generate real cash, which is why I dedicated a whole article to it. Even though it isn’t any kind of beta testing, I still think it’s a great and fun way to make some extra cash online.

How does it work?

There are several ways to earn money in this game. But basically, the reward from almost every activity is determined by energy, and productivity levels. Energy is gained from different factors like food, clothing etc. Experience increases from working, and knowledge builds from reading books. These three variables are then used to calculate productivity. This might sound complicated, but it really isn’t when you see it for yourselves. Based on energy and productivity levels, a reward is given from working, fighting and doing other activities in game. When you started to get a hang of the game and how it works, you have the opportunity to start your own company in a wide range of different areas and compete with other players. If you want to dig in even deeper, there are many additional features, one example is the possibility of buying stocks, participating in wars, or challenging other players in the arena. The creators of this game have also made one that is played like a football (soccer) manager, which I haven’t tried out myself, mainly because I have very limited knowledge about the sport.

Tips

I would suggest starting out by just working once every day (which is the maximum limit), fighting 10 times each day and buying dairy from the local market before doing this, to maximize profit. Reading a few articles between fights can also be a good idea, because this also restores energy levels. But there are different ways to go about it, and this is just my own preference. Make Money Playing Free Browser Games Online

Four Different Games

You know those games that are playable right from the browser window, without having to download the application. They are often played just to pass the time when we have nothing else to do. But some of them actually makes it possible to earn money by playing. And there is no need to invest any of your own hard earned cash in order to play, unless you want to. In this article, I’ll talk about the four different browser games that I have found, which makes it possible to make money. So here it goes:

1.

The first one is called “Anno 1777”. The interface can look a bit complicated the first time you see it, but it’s not that difficult after a couple of tries. Anno 1777 is like a virtual world taking place in the year stated in its name, where many different aspects of society are included. For example creating your own companies and working for others, making war and obtaining slaves. There are several virtual currencies which can then be exchanged for real money. The link I’m posting below is a referral link from my account. You are of course welcome to go directly to their site or use another link, but I believe a referrer is needed in order for someone to join.

2.

The second game is called “Golden Towns”. It is created by the same company as “Anno 1777”, and the concept is pretty similar. The big difference here is that the graphics and interface looks much more appealing and it’s easier to navigate. This game is more like the other ones that can be found online, where you manage a town and its buildings, although this is a bit more complex. This link is also a referral link from my account, but I don’t think you need to go through it in order to join this game, unless you want to help me out.

3.

The third game on this list is “Dungeons and Treasures”. I haven’t had the time to try this one out myself, but plan on doing it in the near future. It’s a first-person interface where the player clicks his or her way through dungeons with monsters. The goal is to level up your character and find treasures. At the end of the month, points can be converted to real money if enough has been gained. If you decide to try it out, please let me know what you think.

4.

The last game is “Virtonomics”. This is a business simulator, which is also used to increase players economic skills. I have not yet tried this out because it looked pretty difficult, but I imagine that it would be fun once I’d get a hang of it. So I’ll definitely check this game out and update this soon.

Get Paid To Play Video Games Competitively

This is probably the most difficult way to earn money from gaming, but could potentially also be the most profitable. In order to be successful, you have to be one of the best players in a certain game.

How can this produce money?

E-sports is a rapidly growing business, and with the crowd comes greater prizes in competitive play. These rewards are often contested in tournaments, where teams of five players face each other. Some of these events are huge in the e-sports scene, and watched by many fans all over the world. Both Dota 2 and League of Legends had tournaments in 2013 with prize pools above $2 000 000. But there are many other games that can be played competitively like this. Generally, the bigger audience a game has, the greater prizes are made available for it. EA Sports offer several different games which can be played for cash vs other players at their arena.

What is required ?

Oftentimes, the level of skill that is required for high-paying tournaments, is huge. The people that get paid to play video games this way, often do it professionally and make the majority of their income from it. However, those who make a name for themselves in e-sports have a much easier time capitalizing on streaming, and similar ventures, because of their already existing fan base.

Tips

In order to play games competitively for a living, the most important factor is skill and practice. Finding a good team to play with can also mean a lot, but since many games use ladder systems where one can climb by playing solo, reaching higher divisions creates better opportunities of finding other skilled players and teams. If you want to get a head start, try looking at upcoming games and anticipating which ones will grow to become successful in the competitive scene. Then start playing it as soon as possible, sign up for beta testing if it’s available. This extra practice time could give you an edge over the competition. Another thing, is watching other people with high skill when they play, either live through their stream or on recorded videos at youtube. Look at how they make decisions in game, and what way techniques and mechanics are used, then incorporate it into your own play style. There is almost always something to learn from good players that are already able to get paid to play video games. Like other sports, getting “in the zone/in flow” can help greatly, when you have nothing else on your mind and act in the moment. This last thing is something we all do automatically from time to time, but can’t be forced. Just knowing this, might help to prevent getting discouraged on days when we are not playing at our best.
